The Winslade Group was established in 2009 by Tim Colman MRICS.
Tim started his career in property at CBRE (formerly Richard Ellis) where he worked for 20 years and was a Senior Director. CBRE is the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, with 2018 revenues of $21.3 billion and more than 90,000 employees
Winslade Investments specialises in residential property investment across the UK, owning and managing an extensive portfolio of PRS accommodation including single let, multi-let student property and other alternative investments.
Winslade Homes is a bespoke housebuilder creating high specification homes across the Homes Counties and South East often within conservation areas and on heritage sites. A dedicated in-house construction team, project managed by Tim, ensures the highest construction standards and the use of the finest materials and local craftsmen.
