Winslade Homes: Distinctive Design, Enduring Quality

Tim Coleman MRICS
Founder
We build high-end homes, often within conservation areas, including the conversion of heritage buildings. Our attention to detail — from the start of a project through to completion and handover — is exceptional. We have extensive experience liaising with a range of local stakeholders and work alongside a dedicated team of highly skilled professional contractors.
Winslade Homes also acquires and sells land after obtaining planning consent. This is underpinned by a strong track record in securing challenging consents, including those taken to committee or appeal.
We are always seeking opportunities in sought-after locations across the Home Counties and the South East, and we will consider the purchase of land with or without planning consent. This may include brownfield or greenfield sites, as well as former commercial or heritage buildings suitable for conversion. We can quickly and carefully assess any site.
If you are considering the sale of potential development land, please do get in touch.

Project
Brewhouse Yard
Wallingford, OX10 ODU
Brewhouse Yard was acquired by Winslade Homes as a brownfield site. The site is located two minutes walk from the town centre and Waitrose. Formerly comprising Wallingford Brewery and a social club we obtained planning consent for 14 units at planning appeal. We sold the site to Kingerlee Homes.
Project
Morrell Place
Wallingford, OX10 9QQ
Morrell Place is an exclusive heritage style development in Oxfordshire of nine dwellings, built by Winslade Homes.
Ideally situated just a five minute walk to Wallingford’s historic town centre, each of the high specification homes were sold off-plan.
