Winslade Group was established in 2009 by Tim Coleman MRICS. Tim was a Senior Director at CBRE, where he worked for 20 years. CBRE is the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment. Winslade Group’s principal activities are focussed in the South East, particularly London and the Thames Valley.

Winslade Investments specialises in residential and commercial property investment across the UK. The company owns and manages an extensive portfolio of retail, office and private rented sector (PRS) accommodation, including single-let properties, multi-let buildings and student property.
