Winslade Homes has a passion for great design, using quality materials and master craftsmen to produce outstanding properties, each with its own identity. Based in Berkshire our expert team is managed by founder Tim Coleman who is a Chartered Surveyor with many years’ experience across the residential and commercial property industry.

We build high-end homes, often within conservation areas, including the conversion of heritage buildings. Our attention to detail from the start of a project through to completion when we hand over the keys is outstanding. We have extensive experience of liaising with a variety of local stakeholders and work with a dedicated team of highly professional contractors. Each development is well funded and our customers can be assured that our homes are sold with an industry standard warranty and full after sales service.

We are always looking for opportunities in sought-after locations across the Home Counties and the South East and will consider the purchase of land with or without planning consent on brownfield and greenfield sites as well as former commercial or heritage buildings.
