Winslade Investments was founded in 2009 by Tim Coleman MRICS, following a career at CBRE specialising in investment and development. Tim was involved in major projects such as the land assembly for the London Olympics in Stratford and the redevelopment of Battersea Power Station. His personal property investing dates back to the early 1990s.
