Winslade Investments was founded by Tim Coleman MRICS, in 2009 after a career with CBRE specialising in investment and development. Tim was involved with projects such as the land assembly for the London Olympics in Stratford and Battersea Power Station. His personal investing in property goes back to the early 1990’s
Tim is a highly experienced property professional with an outstanding track record of investing, managing, developing and trading in a wide variety of residential property across the UK. Winslade Investments also has exposure to the London retail market and has ground rent portfolio.
